We only collect information with your knowledge and consent to help meet our commitment to providing you excellent service.

When you register yourself for a course, we may ask for your name, e-mail address, company name, address, postal code, phone number, job title, industry and other personal data (together with your credit card details when you purchase any products/services from us).

In order to tailor our subsequent communications to you and continuously improve our products and services, we may also ask you to provide us with information regarding your professional interests, experience with our products/services and more detailed contact preferences.

Where you provide us with any sensitive personal information (such as dietary or disability information) in connection with a booking for an event, we will only use this information in connection with the relevant event to serve your particular needs.  We do not retain this information in our database.

How we use your information

Your information is only used to provide you with the services requested and to securely process payments. We may also use your information for our own analytics purposes to improve your user experience. If you have opted to receive our newsletter we may reach out to you with information about courses by email, but you can opt out anytime by changing your account settings.

We will need to send you emails when you register for a course, we will keep these limited to what is essential; you cannot opt out of course emails.

We may employ the services of third parties to help us in certain areas, such as website hosting or marketing campaigns.  In some cases, such third parties may receive your information.

Where you have given your consent, your details may be made available to carefully selected third parties such as our sponsors or partners for their own marketing purposes.

Distribution of Information

We may share information with governmental agencies or other companies assisting us in fraud prevention or investigation. We may do so when: (1) permitted or required by law; or, (2) trying to protect against or prevent actual or potential fraud or unauthorized transactions; or, (3) investigating fraud which has already taken place. The information is not provided to these companies for marketing purposes.

Security

We use well-established technologies to protect the security of your online personal information and your personal content.

Our online credit card processor is Stripe, they are PCI-Compliance with all credit card numbers encrypted with AES-256. Our website also forces SSL/HTTPS for all our signup pages. SSL encrypt and verify the integrity of traffic between browser and server.  It is to ensure your transmission of data is safe and secure.
